About WLC

WORK-LIFE CONVERSATIONS is an offline meetup for working professionals and entrepreneurs.

An offshoot of our Corporate Group Coaching Services, it is a highly sought-after meetup for busy professionals and entrepreneurs, who are looking for that mental, emotional and social outlet to express their truth and gain insights on how to take control of their lives.

Hosted by Nkem Offonabo, The Harmoniser, a Certified Life Coach and Therapist, who understands the importance of living a harmonised life. This is evident in the number of distress calls she receives every week from individuals who are burned out and unable to prioritise but want to take charge of their personal and professional realities.
They are either:

  • Overwhelmed and lack support.
    Procrastinating and unable to prioritize.
    Unhealthy yet not practicing self-care.
Lagging on personal and professional pursuits.

The list goes on…

Success stories of participants from previous editions have been amazing:

  • Some gained clarity and direction in their career and became strategic about their professional journey.
  • Others got freed from self-sabotaging beliefs and improved their emotional wellbeing.
  • Majority improved on their social skills and built powerful networks
  • Many more learned how to seek help and made self-care a priority.

The community is open to both male and female professionals and entrepreneurs in addition to facilitators and guest coaches whose personal values and achievements align with the objective of the community.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we were unable to host physically in 2020 and 2021. However, starting from 2022, we will be having this as a live show featuring Guests on the Couch who will be sharing their own Work-Life Stories (Struggles and Triumphs) and the audience who will contribute, learn and interact.

Our aim is to help everyone experience a sense of wellness in the workplace.
