Deliberate practice relies on well-defined steps. It involves thoughtful planning, identifying areas for improvement and creating a specific game plan for improvements.⁣

Another principle that makes this practice effective is Consistency. Brief but intense and continuous efforts will maintain the momentum while building expertise.⁣

This is essential for identifying areas for improvement and gaining a realistic view of your progress.⁣
